Powder Coating

Our powder coating capabilities include a wide spectrum of colors, thickness, textures, softness, edge coverages, flexibilities, machinabilities, smoothness and temperature ranges. Current options include: Acrylic, Epoxy, Nylon, Vinyl, Polyester TGIC, Polyurethane, Hybrid and more as new projects require.

Powder coating is different from painting. There are no liquids or solvents. Therefore, it is the ultimate coating for environmental friendliness. Being dry, the powder overspray can be reclaimed for very high application efficiency. It uses heat to convert its state from a powder to a continuous film. The powder coating materials are basically plastics that have been ground into a fine powder. The coating powder is formulated with plastic resins, pigments, flow agents and other special ingredients to provide the desired characteristics of the coating film.

We specialize in precision powder coating of difficult parts. We can coat a variety of parts with narrow fins, tight crevices, both extruded aluminum and machined castings, and other substrates. We can handle any size job, whether full production, short run, small batch or prototype powder coating jobs. We powder coat electronic enclosures, chassis and housings requiring detailed masking and front and rear panels to name a few.
